National Housing Authority Offers New Year Gifts for Aspiring Homeowners with Special Project 'Value Homes at Great Prices for New Year 2568' - Up to 20% Discount and Special Interest Rates
The National Housing Authority (NHA) is celebrating the New Year 2568 by launching a special campaign under the project 'Value Homes at Great Prices for New Year 2568'. This initiative features a range of housing projects across Bangkok, its suburbs, and regional areas, providing opportunities for low to middle-income earners to own homes at special prices, with discounts of up to 20%. Interested individuals can reserve their homes and take advantage of these exclusive offers from now until March 31, 2568, with over 5,700 units available.

Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that in 2568, the NHA is offering a New Year gift to the public in line with its main mission to develop housing so that all Thai people can have their own homes, while also enhancing the quality of life for residents. This aligns with the 5x5 policy aimed at addressing the population crisis, focusing on housing for all age groups and ensuring accessibility for all target groups to live safely and enjoy a good quality of life. The 'Value Homes at Great Prices for New Year 2568' project encompasses housing projects in Bangkok, its suburbs, and regional areas.
The promotion includes special price discounts on over 5,700 units, with discounts ranging from 5-20% off the standard selling price across 102 projects. The discount value varies by project type and promotional pricing for 47 affordable housing projects, with units starting at 250,000 THB for 24 square meter apartments and 390,000 THB for 33 square meter apartments.

In addition to special discounts, there are also special interest rates for hire purchase agreements. Customers who apply for loans with financial institutions and are not approved can apply for loans under the housing development loan program for low-income earners (Hire Purchase, KBS). General customers will receive a special interest rate of 1.5% for the first four years, and from the fifth year onward, the rate will be 2.25%. Vulnerable groups (people with disabilities, the elderly, single parents, or children wishing to buy housing in projects where their parents currently reside, or those with caregiving responsibilities for bedridden patients or disabled individuals) will also receive a 1.5% interest rate for the first five years, followed by 2.25% from the sixth year onward, with a repayment period of up to 40 years.

If a loan application under the housing development loan program for low-income earners is not approved, customers can still apply for a hire purchase agreement directly with the National Housing Authority (Hire Purchase, NHA). General customers will receive an interest rate of 4.25% for the first three years, 5.25% for the fourth and fifth years, 6.50% for the sixth to tenth years, and 6.75% for the eleventh to fortieth years.

Vulnerable groups will receive a special interest rate of 4.25% for the first five years, 6.50% for the sixth to tenth years, and 6.75% from the eleventh year onward, with a maximum repayment period of 40 years. The criteria, conditions, and participating projects for the promotion are as determined by the National Housing Authority.
